The biggest update to DefiLlama's dashboard editor ever. Building and customizing dashboards is now more intuitive and faster. Some highlights from the new version our llamas cooked: 1) Quick add: cmd+k in edit mode, type "uniswap fees" or "aave vs compound revenue" and the card is added 2) Parameters:... show more

Swapping protocols in the same dashboard should make cherry-picking a lot harder

Quick add is the feature. Most charts don't get built because the question and the panel live in different places, collapse that to a keystroke and people start looking at things they'd otherwise never bother to check. Well done

That’s huge ux surge

You ate with this, Chain/protocol swap on a saved dashboard is exactly what I've wanted from @DefiLlama for a while

The cmd+k quick add is a real workflow saver. I build lending and stablecoin views from your data daily, EURCV market share this morning, SparkLend borrows last week, and the editor turning that into a saved dashboard means fewer one-off API pulls. Do dashboard panels keep the csv download from the protocol pages?

A useful shift from dashboard viewing to dashboard composition. Comparing protocol revenue and fees in one place should make metric definitions—and the choice of time window—much easier to audit.

CSV uploads are the sleeper feature here. Onchain dashboards can finally sit next to the offchain spreadsheet everyone was pretending didn’t exist

• cmd+k quick add is such a smart move — typing "aave vs compound revenue" instead of digging through menus actually mirrors how analysts think. Curious if saved queries are shareable now, that'd make custom dashboards way more useful for the whole community

That command palette is a game changer for building dashboards quickly without digging through menus.

ok this might actually be useful. cmd+k to add cards sounds sick

Custom dashboards matter because protocol metrics are only useful when comparisons are reproducible. Combining fees, revenue, and chain-level context should make it easier to distinguish real usage from temporary incentive spikes.

Quick-add queries like “uniswap fees” make onchain dashboard exploration much faster.
