And y’all keep thinking people dying by the pound at Georgia’s Lake Lanier is some coincidence…

This is a true story. The movie Poltergeist was made about it. I know the current owner of one of the homes. It’s still active today.

There isn't a mile of Earth that isn't someone's grave. Unimaginable numbers of souls have walked the Earth.

Why wouldn’t the excavating that was required to build the homes on this land brought the “truth” to light? Septic systems, drain pipes, water lines? 🤨

Dude wanted to sell the home, so he decided to scare the shit out of his wife until she caved.

Mulder would say it’s proof that the truth is out there… Scully would probably suggest checking the geological survey reports first. But the Cigarette Smoking Man? He’d just stand in the fog, light up, and whisper, 'You can move the headstones, but you can’t move the bones.

So the people living in those homes were ok until that one couple decided to dig up their back yard? They disturbed the spirits, I think if they’d have not decided to build that pool and dug up the place & disturbed those bodies, then it might have been a whole other story. Did they not get someone to communicate with the spirits to calm everything down? This is why indigenous peoples keep burial grounds as sacred, not to mess about with.

Noooooo! Not a good move. They should of known that, greedy corporations.

I stopped believing in coincidences a long time ago. May the souls of those people find final restful peace and the people lied to about the land get retribution for the lack of disclosure lies that was withheld from them🙏🏼

This story is why I believe in cremation. If you think about it, considering the wars that have happened just within the United States, or people who buried their relatives in family plots, I'm sure there are many homes in the United States alone that are built on top of graves.

Racist America doesn’t care about anything not white. That’s how that land was turned to residential zoning. Humans who the city does not consider people were buried there.

Wouldn’t they find bodies while installing utilities?

I can conform that spirits exist and that you are able to rarely hear their voice, to see objects move, to be penetrated by them or just to he hold or pushed. But most of them are peaceful. It happens rarely but it exists indeed. Mainstream must stop keeping quiet about it.

Saw a documentary about big corporations building Walmarts & much of Manhattan &'LI where cenetaries were. Sometimes they moved the bodies. Most times just the head stones.

Wow even as poltergeist 🤣 Also… all their stuff turned up missing. Crappy rap music would play at all hours. The family would be punchd in the face for no reason. They woke up to total mess and their house turned into a ghetto.

The Departed for some reason didn't pass over, you need to get a psychic to help them over to the other side. That would be a heck of a good TV show wouldn't it.

If The story is even true, the deed are required to state the abandoned cemetery facts, as it locations is part of town and county records. Take this story as if you heard it on CNN :-) and with two grain of salt.

1) It wasn’t a “forgotten graveyard” - the man who came to their door knew it was a graveyard. 2) Funny, it was forgotten but they could identify by name the remains of the two people they dug up? 3) They didn’t find “bodies” they found “remains” - skeletons to be exact.

It’s estimated that nearly 78% of houses in the U.S. are built on ground containing buried slaves. Never dig on your property, ever.

Years ago I watched a based on true story movie about some homes built on unmarked sacred Native American graves. Similar things happened. They fled their home. I can’t remember what state/city it happened in.
