..this is an A(Asian) and B(black) conversation so C(Caucasian) your way out of it

They had zero problems with Nioh, a white samurai, then when a literal historical black samurai is depicted as a SAMURAI, it’s the end of the world. They can stuff their emotions & feelings where the sun don’t shine

It’s always the whites that have a relentless problem with skin color that’s not white😂. Like it’s okay to NOT be the center of attention all the time

Nah dude, I think we’re past the outrage and ready to see the solidarity between A(sian) and B(lack) cultures.

Blacks “Israelites”are the former of all things

1500s?????

This is BULLSHIIIIT. The so called black samurai was INVENTED BY A WHITE BRITISH MAN. It is total fabrication and BS. Please check facts before posting some actual imbeciles might believe this we wuz samuraiz lies.

Look at all of the burner accounts that showed up mad lmao...Current day doesn't changes if this is true. It says a lot that you must be angry and want it to not be. That is your racism talking not facts. I say that because it won't change anything we do now. So why does it existing bother you? Racism is why it bothers you.

Most people don't know martial arts came from Africa 🌍 do you research

These people seems to forget that black people are the only race of people who ever existed before any other race How tf do they always forget about that when arguing about all this ? It’s incredible really.

Let’s ask an actual Japanese person about yasuke. Lmfao. Historical adaptation versus historical fiction is the argument here. Creative liberties versus FLASIFYING HISTORY. Get fucked chink. Someone tag an actual Japanese person.

I like the way you drop the mic. Believe me, a picture is worth a 1000 words. You could not have said it any better and plus you had the receipts, go girl with your bad self. Thank you.

Before him black people lived in Japan before Japanese were made

Nice AI photo there was no black samurai. That man was a servant.

YASSSSSS YASSS yall Don’t allow erasing to happen They already trying to divide the African continent They don’t want to believe in nubia or Kemet They say there were no dark skinned egyptians Dont normalize colonialism. Its the final step . Don’t allow it !!

If we care about historical accuracy we should use the term 'Moorish' instead of black. Only if we care.

Yasuke (the historical figure the video refers to) lived in the late 16th century (arrived in Japan ~1579, served Oda Nobunaga until 1582). He arrived with Jesuit priests and was a "guard" but not a Samurai. A black dude hangs out as a guard for 3 years and all of a sudden there's a million black samurai. Fucking give me a break. Not to mention all those photos are AI generated which should be obvious since photography didn't enter Japan until the 1860s.

The fact that some of yall arguing about Asian culture and history when in fact it’s documented in JAPAN numerous times🤣😭not yall arguing with the source.

Justice Pao says Guilty. If Yasuke is proof of something - that Japan conquered Racism by hiring a black samurai. So when blacks says Racism Japan is clear.

Correct. Yasuke story is good. But many Africans traveled to Japan. He however is legendary

Laughable. Verifably false story, and you’re relying on false equivalence and a straw man instead of engaging the actual argument. It's simply a logical fallacy.

You guys are literally all retarded if you think black samurai’s were a real thing, stop stealing history

@Kwiet7 Thank you for that piece! #SimplyBeautiful #HistoricalFacts

What the fuck are you talking about? We only care about our history being stolen. This is the backward ass post. Nobody cares if it happened for real we care if it didn’t happen you’re just being a liberal cuck!!

The brainwashed trying to brainwaah. Aye lady we see what youre doing. You hate white men we get it.

1 original author made everything up about yasuke he pushed it as historical fact. 2 Memoirs of a Geisha is a fictional story about a fictional Japanese girl. 3 Last Samurai was a fictional story. the difference is all are fiction but only 2 were pushed as fiction. 1 is just shit

Tom Cruise was not the last samurai. LOL The last samurai the movie was talking about was played by Ken Watanabe.

NO NO NO. We already did this on twitter over a year ago. The problem wasn't the character. It was the historical context that surrounded him. Apparently, some white man built his career off the likeness of this man (Sasuke) by lying about his history. There is extreme lack of evidence to truly know who Sasuke really was and the true nature of his relationship with Oda Nobunaga. The white man wanted to write a book on him while he was a professor in Japan, but during his research he couldn't really find much sources to use. He then came out and said that he did not want to commit that much time to writing the book so he filled in all the blanks himself to finish it. That book became a historical, factual, CREDIBLE source for the truth across the planet for more than a decade because this dude went on a book tour and had interviews. It was regarded so well as a very good book that writers, artists, movie directors, animators, and more started creating content from the book. Japan found out. Japan made a statement and ran off the white man, I think they sued, and then they expelled him from the institution. Ever since then they have been on a mission to fix the fuck up because the story of Sasuke that we know is mostly incorrect and been presented poorly. Japan wants the world to know that he was indeed real...but most of his history is speculative and have been in collegiate conversations and deep discussion to determine the truth behind Sasuke. It's been conversation in their country since forever. But for a while now they have been trying their best to fix what that white dude did. There is a Japanese researcher on X that went into a deep explanation on what is happening and also he is one of the professionals in the world that did the research on Sasuke. I need to find him to refer him. But as far as this game goes...Japan wasn't attacking this character....this was waaaayy deeper than that as you can see....plus...they have added inaccurate Japanese cultural elements into the game that does not fit Japan at all. But they were more focused on Sasuke and the story they were going to tell...which is being told by a team of French white people from Montreal....that's important to say. So none of this has anything to do with Sasuke, a black man, being a Samurai. The problem stems from the notion that he was indeed a Samurai because according to their research it's debatable, not totally confirmed, and still under discussion. For now, they are just ASSUMING he was a Samurai until they find more evidence. But it's still not regarded as a fact. He was a slave to Nobunaga and then a Samurai but...due to the rules of the culture at the time there may be more to the story...because I think he was not supposed to be a Samurai at all. For Context

Here we go again with this black history drama, this is becoming tedious

The Last Samurai is a true story. They juste lie about the hero who was French in reality.

We really got whited out

Afro Samurai 🔥

We have an issue with blacks like everyone who understands reality
