It helped ease users into new technology, like training wheels for the digital world. Just like those early notepads, chat UIs are our current training wheels for AI. They're familiar, safe, and help us explore this new frontier. We're on the cusp of a new UX revolution. Think "mobile revolution" with its feeds, double-taps, and pinch-to-zooms. AI demands a similar wave of UX innovation. We need new design paradigms, new ways of thinking about interaction. This is the dawn of that era.
