Exactly. India should dust up the 1642 Treaty and declare the whole of Ngari disputed and recognise Uyghur independence. These are sensitive topics but shouldn't derail the overall relationship. The two countries should put this boundary question at an appropriate position in bilateral relations, not allow the boundary question to define the overall China-India relations, still less let specific differences affect bilateral cooperation.
