The Brian Cole Jr. "confession" summarized in a minute.

Brian Cole Jr. has not been convicted. Yesterday’s court filing asks a judge to throw out his FBI “confession.” Agents took him at gunpoint on his morning 7-Eleven walk, kept him from a judge sitting minutes away, told him saying no was “another crime,” and threatened to drag his family in for interviews. He asked, pen in hand: “These are my rights, even if I signed it, right?” Autistic. No record. Still in jail. Help his family pay for the fight: @FreeBrianCole #FreeBrianColeJr

Why won’t you read the evidence against him mini Candace?

It is literally impossible to hate the government enough.

Brian Cole is very likely guilty and here is why. He’s not a contractor and he’s not working on any projects, but he was buying pipes, end caps, and the other parts that just happen to match what they recovered. Different stores. Over time. I’m a fairly handy guy. I mess with electronics and home stuff. I’ve never bought those. His phone data puts him in the area too. All of that together is bad. Of course they want the confession thrown out. Everybody the feds accuse of planting pipe bombs denies it. It’s not something you admit to, especially if you figured you got away with it and have no idea what they actually know. It’s kind of crazy how people are acting like this is the South in the civil rights era and the FBI just grabbed some random black autistic guy, dragged him into a room, and beat a confession out of him. This guy bought the parts. The location data puts him there. There’s still no explanation for any of it. If he didn’t build the bombs, where are the parts? Did he do some installation on somebody’s house? Then point to it. We should be able to find them. Did he build some weird contraption in his own house that somehow needed all those parts? Show it. Or was he just buying pipe bomb parts to build pipe bombs? Where did they go? He should be able to point to whatever he used them on. Nobody’s doing that. Because there isn’t an answer. Is he an amateur electro-plumber? Small galvanized pipes, end caps, wires, etc? Wtf do you think gets built with that. The people online calling this a frame job/patsy are trying to do the same thing Candace did with Charlie Kirk and make $$$. They’re farming engagement so they don’t have to get real jobs and actually contribute to society.

@thevivafrei maybe the FBI is just incompetent like in the Charlie Kirk case? Oh, Charlie's case is the only legit one?

Another zealot. I have been critical of the FBI investigation (or lack thereof) in the Charlie Kirk assassination for reasons I have clearly articulated. Second, incompetent / incomplete investigation (which was then handed over to STATE INVESTIGATORS) is far different than clear FBI abuse in the context of an investigation after 5 years of nothing, a month after and only to coverup an exposé. I hope that helps you understand.

Im talking about you explaining every anomaly to Bret Weinstein and Jimmy Dore as incompetence. And still waiting for you to tell us where they sell stubby Jeeps like one in the parking garage

Just like tyler robinson ya jackass

Really? There was am abusively coerced confession, in the absence of counsel, and Tyler's defense teams and parents are the ones sounding the alarm? Oh that's right. No. You're another zealot who refuses to understand, or is incapable of understanding, and you go on mute.

Time will tell , both are Patsies . You just hold on to the wrong end of the tyler case to get views

And do we know who the fbi agents are? My guess is no. They were sent into this room with one objective and it was never to get to the truth! May God curse them and everyone involved! This is about protecting so many above them they decided a career in fbi is worth the imprisonment of innocent man

I can summarize in 3 words. there wasnt one.

sold out piece of scum.

If I was on the jury that guy is not going to jail.

I agree.

I think this thing speaks for itself. I'm not even sure I would want to have it thrown out. I understand why, but from a non-legal personal level, as a juror, if I saw that it would be much worse for the prosecution than it would be for the defense

Sick puppies.

Thanks viva, @FXRegan

Same thing that happened at the Reichstag fire in Germany. Marinus van der Lubbe was not playing with a full deck of cards either.

So wait, the Feds are right this time?

Was he also suffering from postpartum psychosis? 🤔

They tell Brian what he did, and try to get him to nod along - confirm it. And they do that layer by layer by layer. The guy is sick to his stomach, oversaturated, in total disbelief and just wants it to end. He hopes it's a misunderstanding. Makes you wonder what you would do

If your point is the motion should be granted, that’s one thing. But if your point is that Cole’s confession was invalid and not representative of the truth, I really can’t agree. Something being legally inadmissible isn’t the same as a determination of truth.

thank you for focusing on this!

It shows the fbi lying more than Bryan.

@OwenShroyer1776 Heartbreaking

Imagine how great our country could be without you assclowns spreading this BS. You are pathogens.

I had to stop at about page 51 when the new cop, the bad cop, comes in and tells Brian what he did. Brian's reaction.... It sounds like torture man.
