Single file is almost always associated with drivers not wanting to race. That is something that is determined by driver input rather than being boxed in by the package being terrible.

There's two simultaneous issues, yes fuel saving is too aggressive #1. But #2 when everyone is pushing 100% it tends to become a 2x2 gridlock more times than not. Daytona and Atlanta don't suffer this as bad, not sure what's the fix
