Are you kidding me. You just voted to increase Chinas lead in EV card and Green energy. You also voted to increase Chinas growth into Africa by withdrawing US aid.

China’s 92% stranglehold on rare earth processing isn’t just a vulnerability—it’s a national security crisis. The U.S. outsourced critical mineral refining to Beijing for decades, trading sovereignty for cheap labor and lax environmental standards. Now, we’re paying the price: defense tech, EVs, and energy systems shackled to CCP-controlled supply chains. MP Materials’ Mountain Pass Mine proves domestic mining is viable, but processing remains bottlenecked by D.C. red tape and NEPA delays. The Pentagon’s “mine-to-magnet” initiative aims for 2027 self-sufficiency, yet China’s refining capacity still dwarfs U.S. efforts 10-to-1. Real solutions? Fast-track permits, slash bureaucratic roadblocks, and unleash private sector innovation—not more half-measures. Every day we delay, Beijing tightens its grip. The hard numbers and policy failures behind America’s rare earth crisis are laid bare here:

Wise words AND now we will see Dem pushback to even call you racist for wanting to bring it here to America to secure our needs.

Since these rare earth minerals are so critical to U.S. supply chains, and there are no current alternatives available, why are you and @realDonaldTrump intentionally kneecapping American businesses with arbitrarily jacked up tariffs on these minerals (and on most other imported materials)? Do you really not understand that the Trump tariffs will directly cause consumer costs, job losses, and bankruptcies to spike? Do you have any idea how backwards your understanding of economics is?

When will we diversify away from China to India and other like minded democracies? When will we invest in USA processing? We need to break away now

Now you’re into renewable energy? You just voted to crush America’s leadership in clean energy and abandon global dominance of that industry to China.

How about instead you work to “break” the literal “chokehold” that ICE is applying on your constituents and on businesses in our District??

😂 If Washington is entitled to randomly slap tariffs on other nations, I don’t see anything wrong with Beijing manipulating its rare earth exports. There is no place for US hegemony in China.
