The challenge system is great. Called strike three to end the game gets challenged, call gets overturned, game continues, the camera pans to the downtrodden ump, and then the manager walks out to make a pitching change. Ump had to wait another 8 mins for the game to end.

tfw you realize you can’t just end games because you want to go home anymore (tbf, it was a very, very close call— but funny nonetheless)

I like ABS but think players should “give up” and not use their challenge when down 13 in the 9th. (Especially in ST but that’s beside the point) Have it become an unwritten rule to not challenge in situations like this

This is why it will never be used beyond spring training. I’d love if it was, but the ump union will never allow it. Too much accountability for them.
