@inforiist The best evidence the prosecution will have is the rifle, muzzle residue & coring, matching a bullet fragment from Charlie. But we know from the bullet switch in the JFK case this could easily be setup & hard to disprove. Robinson's defence lawyer fills me with no confidence.

People acting like was want to see Charile's murderer WALK.. On the contrary.. We want to see his REAL MURDERERS HUNG.

@inforiist I think Robinson was clearly groomed for a role. I think he believed he was taking part in the shooting, maybe even given instructions to move the gun for example. If I'm right, imagine telling the court, 'i carried the gun but didn't pull the trigger' isn't a v. good defence.

We all understand that EVERY single juror and alternate will be visited in some way and will absolutely comply with their directions, right? Thinking this trial will be left to rando "peers" is insane. We may not even get to trial if the defense is fearful of their own futures.
