Boomer class also created the HOA society…they own most of the homes, they rule most of the HOAs. There’s nothing affordable, sustainable or constitutional behind these gates…they’re deranged and selfish “protected” by their created projects that the majority block votes for (SS, Medicare, senior discounts, property tax relief…etc.)

So I've paid in for 40+ years and now I'm just supposed to give up on seeing any return on that investment.

I don't know what your position actually is - but we need to end the program one way or another. Similar to how the drinking age was raised over time, I'd be ok with the older you are the less you lose, the younger you are the more you lose, so you have time to adapt
