I've never gotten in trouble beyond a cell phone ticket, so I'm hardly a person who casually breaks the law. But if I saw someone do this to my cat & didn't find them before they killed him, there's a 100% chance I'd be arrested for arson & manslaughter. Absolute filth

We had a takeaway near us a few years ago that was shut down after health inspectors found several cat skins. Previously there had been many reports of missing cats, they were never found. Afterwards it was noted how few cats went missing!
