Dave - Incredible job on this project. I watched it last night and it completely reaffirmed everything that most of us on a Keto lifestyle believes in our hearts and guts (pun intended). Do you have any advice into those who have previously had heart attacks and are currently trying to reverse atherosclerosis?

@wideeyetv @Metabolic_Mind Watching it right now with our neighbors. We are keto to carnivores for years. They are low fat. One with heart problems one super fit. Should be an interesting convo at dinner tonight. (Steak... plus salad and rice for them). Maybe they will skip the rice😅

It was awesome. No rent, just bought it so I could share with anyone interested that comes over. I was fortunate to work with @bschermd for a year and he transitioned me to Dr Agatston when I moved to Florida. I had two rare things happen with me that helped cause multiple heart attacks and the medical system was failing me. This movie helped explain how cholesterol was not the culprit and that was the answer to everything in the modern medical system. That’s not to say cholesterol will not hurt you from a heart health perspective, but there always seems to be other factors that cause more harm and everyone needs to be more aware. It’s not worth hurting your brain and other bodily functions by lowering cholesterol to insane levels. At one point I was down to ldl of 26. That’s when I woke up. Thanks for everything you and your team have done to bring these scenarios to the forefront.

@wideeyetv @Metabolic_Mind Bought it this week. Really well done, Dave! Congratulations to everyone involved on the finished product, it’s great. My hope is that it will help educate the masses on how their metabolic health affects everything including their quality of life.

The dose matters. High LDL particle counts, especially with someone who is genetically disposed to be an LDL Phenotype B, contribute to arterial plaque formation. Know your LDL particle count and particle size. It's not cholesterol you need to worry about. It's how many particles you have and their sizes. sdLDL particles stay in circulation 4 to 5 days longer than large particles. Large particles get cleared by the liver receptors. Small dense, having a longer residence time, get oxidized and glycated easier because they stay in circulation longer. Can easily pass into the arterial wall and get stuck. Ask yourself what is a Foam Cell and how do they form?

@wideeyetv @Metabolic_Mind Why can't I buy it from ? I really don't want to get a new credit card or some kind of subscription to a movie channel - even though I want to watch the movie asp :)

That’s a bit outside my hands, but I will say that as the movie is grown in popularity, Amazon did add it to more EU countries. Originally it was just USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. But then we were launched into France, Spain, and Mexico. Regardless, it will be everywhere by this summer

@wideeyetv @Metabolic_Mind The American Heart Association is a shameful institution! Their “Heart Healthy” logo is on the bottles of seed oils the worst oil anyone can ingest! I wasn’t surprised at all that the study wasn’t allowed to be presented at their conference!!! Disgusted and sad.🤬😑

@wideeyetv @Metabolic_Mind Great watch. Have been keto for 6 yrs thanks to @DeborahMurtagh & it was life changing. Now LDL is elevated, other markers excellent. Had heart checked, all good but both Dr& Cardiologist pushing statins which I refused. D Murtagh told us that babies are born in a ketogenic …

@wideeyetv @Metabolic_Mind Watching it. You wonder why there is controversy? You wonder why you can’t ask questions. It is more simple than you think. Everything boils down to money or power. There’s big money in cholesterol drugs.

@wideeyetv @Metabolic_Mind I am intrigued. I have high apob. My CACS score was zero a year ago. I took a CIMT a week ago. Results not back yet. I tried a tiny bit of statin for 2 weeks but did not like it.
