What is so difficult to understand? He never said Eli Manning was better than Aaron Rodgers. He said he'd rather have Eli's career. 2 SB wins > 1 SB win. What is so hard to grasp?

I 100% understand tho why a QB would rather win 2 SBs and less other awards than win 1 SB and a pile of awards no one will talk about, unless the SB award comes up first. You rather be the CEO making bank (SB wins) or the best employee with 14 "employee of the month" (MVP/Passing titles) awards? That's the question for CJ and other QBs. They want the rings, the other stuff isn't their concern.

I mean Storid said he’d rather have 2 rings over 1, how is that controversial? I’d rather Lamar have zero MVP’s and win a SB or at least even make it to one lol.

It's one man's opinion. It all comes down to what you'd rather have personally. I have no idea why this is such a huge story. Who cares? If CJ Stroud thinks Eli had a better career than AR, then so be it.

Stroud wants rings and is 100% correct. Played all sports growing up, was never any talk on any team of winning an mvp award, it was all talks about winning a championship or multiple. Kobe, MJ, Brady, Peyton, Jeter. All of the greats wanted rings, not accolades 🤷🏼‍♂️

Stroud is being very unselfish. I think unselfish quarterbacks win a lot of Super Bowls.
