Does Gary ever indulge in a “mini tea”? Like a packet of crisps or a chocolate bar for example

Tea is your evening meal Dinner is eaten at lunchtime Supper is something you have before bedtime Simple

Breakfast 6-8 . Dinner 12-1 Tea 5-6. Supper . 8-9 bed . Rinse and repeat . Northern life

@IanWright0 I’m with you Ian, tea is something you have at say 3pm (tea & cake) dinner is what you call your main evening meal. You don’t book a restaurant at 8pm for tea!!

In a caribbean household in Uk, typically we have a hot or cold drink with toast, few biscuits or cake after school mainly. Then we may have dinner at 6/7pm which is our main meal. Thats why its confusing to just say tea to a black person when refering to supper or dinner!

It's hard to understand how Wrighty got this far in life without having "Tea" explained to him.

Dinner is 12 like in school you have Dinner ladies you don't have lunch ladies and after school the main meal is tea
