The skater in the video is Kjeld Nuis, a Dutch Olympic speed skating champion. He achieved a new world record speed of 64 mph (103 kph) on ice, assisted by a Red Bull-sponsored setup involving a truck pulling an aeroshield canopy. This innovative approach allowed Nuis to skate at highway speeds, breaking his previous record set in 2018 with Red Bull.
