Every Albertan should read this post. There are a lot of ramificatons for taking AB out of the CPP. All bad for Albertans. Danielle Smith wants to control your Pension money so she can invest it for her agenda, not yours. How has she done so far?

@JanMoleski There is one important point that Smith is missing with her entire proposal - the pension contributions made in AB don't necessarily mean the pension itself will be collected in AB. And her demand for more than 53% of what's in the coffers is a total joke.

Excellent video. Perhaps explain how the Quebec plan works. Possible? UCP has a video out promising seniors more in their pockets under an APP. AND the Premier suggests a lower contribution rate for AB. Video reminds me of the Brexit vids—over promised and underdelivered.

I'm not well-informed enough on the Quebec plan to explain. Sorry. I felt compelled to put the video together because Smith has the potential of ruining so many lives, late in their life. I have family in AB, some buy-in to her lies. It's scary. UCP video is lies.

One thing not mentioned in all the latest talk about CPP is not everyone has an employer paying into CPP for you. Some are self employed but still pay the required premium at time of tax filing.
