Now Moscow itself increasingly requires protection as Ukrainian drones reach deeper into Russian territory with growing frequency. The result is a dilemma for the Kremlin. Protect the front lines and logistics networks. Or protect Moscow. Protect refineries and military infrastructure. Or protect the political heart of Russia.
