Make no mistake about it, a second Trump term would be the end of America as we know it. We must do everything we can to stop Trump. Please consider supporting our work fighting against Trump and MAGA. You can buy us Coffee here:

Section 3. “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.” With the exception of those who sided with the Confederacy, a bright-line interpretation has not exactly been established to determine what actions constitute “insurrection or rebellion” within the meaning of the 14th Amendment.

Challenging the results of an election or the votes of the electoral college are neither insurrection or rebellion.

I still can't understand he's allowed to continue his run for the Office .... apparently the law isn't the same for everyone. 😡😡

Good. Disqualify him.

@DonaldJTrumpJr @realDonaldTrump @EricTrump Professor Tribe... as in Larry Tribe ? 🤣🤡😆

Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

You’re just proving the point that all these indictments are political and are to keep Trump from running.

I’m glad that this issue is being aired again. It’s been brought up regularly since the insurrection. It seems, this time, it is gaining more traction. If Trump’s name should ever get onto a ballot anywhere it will almost certainly be challenged and end up in the Supreme Court.

Why can’t we do this for MTG, Cruz, Gaetz, Jordan, Gosar … any of them that asked for a J6 pardon! 🤷♀️👇
