The Constitution is clear: states run our elections. State legislatures prescribe the time, place, and manner of holding an election. Congress has the power to make or alter those regulations but unless amended, election administration will remain in the hands of the states as outlined in our founding document.

FRAUD: The amount of election fraud happening all over the country, not just in the 2020 election, but every other election is absolutely mind-boggling. This is a perfect example of the amount of ridiculous fraud taking place in our elections. Our elections are compromised and can be manipulated in multiple ways and needs to have serious new laws, rules, equipment, and regulations in place or voting is literally pointless without real change and election security as priority.

BREAKING: DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin just threatened federal investigations into voters and state election officials with “fines, by penalties, and even prison time” if states don’t participate in the OPTIONAL federal SAVE program. This clearly clashes with the U.S. Constitution. Article I, Section 4 gives states primary authority over the “Times, Places and Manner” of congressional elections. Congress can pass laws to set or override rules, but threatening criminal penalties on state officials for not using a voluntary federal tool exceeds that authority and undermines federalism. States run elections, not the President!
