Simple, get rid of all your top in that don’t even teach. Pay the teachers, the bus drivers, and start teaching, basic reading and math.

Staffing definitely can be cut without reducing teachers.

Well, for starters they could stop funding the homeless industrial complex and reallocate that money to kids/schools. They actually deserve the money, not the junkies.

Educators are leaches and are the biggest crybabies and hidden mafia of the modern age.

The school district needs to remove a large percentage of administrators who do nothing to advance the education of children. Would fix their budget!!

They should look hard at their budget and make decisions to cut their spending. They don't need more money as WA already spends insane amounts per kid.

Sketchy union now gives 3 million to no on I645. Just make sure the teachers know their retirement WILL be taxed when they lower the tax deductible in a couple years and the union they pay dues to is fighting for it.

I predict home schooling will accelerate so maybe that will relieve some of the pressure. I don't know.

First slash the number of superintendents working in that building. There’s savings right off the bat. Make the tough decisions to consolidate and lay off dead weight or early retire others. Sell off land. Before you know it you’ll only be 40 million in the hole.

Home school/online/social meetups/sports leagues. Schools will continue to fail. Its too late to fix it. So many have become babysitters and indoctrination centers.

If only there were a bunch of DEI programs and sports that had nothing to do with education which we could cut...
