🚨🇺🇸 BREAKING: U.S. GOVERNMENT ADMITS FAULT IN DC MIDAIR COLLISION THAT KILLED 67 AS BIDEN-ERA AVIATION FAILURES COME INTO FOCUS 67 people are dead because of government failures. The Department of Justice filed court documents Wednesday admitting the US government breached its "duty of care" in the January 29 collision between American Eagle flight 5342 and an Army Black Hawk helicopter over the Potomac River. The admission: "The United States admits pilots flying PAT25 failed to maintain proper and safe visual separation." The government also admits an air traffic controller in the tower "did not comply" with FAA procedure. The Black Hawk crew's choices were a "cause-in-fact and a proximate cause of the accident and the death." This was America's first fatal commercial air crash since 2009, ending the longest safety streak in aviation history. Remember what we were told? Rep. Nick Langworthy, chairman of the House Aviation Safety Caucus, warned the Biden administration spent infrastructure money on "social engineering" instead of modernizing the aging air traffic control system: "All this DEI policy, DEI staffing, that all got baked into the cake. They could have taken that money and spent it on real modernization of what is critical infrastructure." 67 people dead. Government admits fault. The system was underfunded while billions went elsewhere. The NTSB final report is expected next month. Source: CNN / FOX
