The assumption that Earth operates as a largely self-contained system - affected by its own geology, its own climate cycles, its own biological processes - is one Randall argues we need to outgrow. In Gaza, the Israeli military is installing gates between the earth berms which mark the ‘yellow line’. Similar to those used in the West Bank, the new gates allow Israel to further control the movement of people and goods in and out of the area where Palestinians are concentrated. They are part of a system of Israeli military infrastructure that extends and consolidates its control during the ceasefire.

To a level of at least $130 with a pass price from there What does that mean? It means more than a six times increase in the industrial price of carbon, from its effective level which is much lower, than the headline level, the effective level, to the level that's committed to in the agreement... ...It creates the conditions for this big investment in the Pathways Project, the largest in the world, which will have huge reductions in emissions, the equivalent of taking more than 90% of the cars and trucks off the road here in Alberta in the first phase of that project... ...We are going to get to our greenhouse gas objectives, our climate objectives, only through massive investment."
