Soo When the Magnet sticks to its not Copper, I knew this, but never applied it. Short Explanation: Cu is a metal. Once they are exposed by a Changing MagField, Currents are induced into Cu, creating a MagField but its Flux lines on the opposite Direction, hence mag falls slowly.

can you show more on this ? I bought some copper cups .. I put some water in there and after a bit there is a dark area forming on the bottom .. is that natural ?
