Children NEVER FOUND is roughly 1% of those numbers. Majority is found within 24h, then a big part in less that a week, and almost all the rest in less than a year. But 1% of those reports is never found at all.

Approx 90% of missing children cases in the US are runaways. Only approx 1% are non-family abductions - that's less than 5k. Most cases resolve safely. While all missing children cases are highly concerning, most are not as malicious as people might think.

Sexual exploitation, slavery, organ harvesting and satanic rituals are probably the faith of the children that never recover. There are also children with a muslim father, kidnapped and sent to the fathers homeland to get "proper" islamic upbringing. Luckily the recovery rate is about 97%. Means most of the children are being found. Praying for the children that not get found.
