The #Cowboys' Roger Staubach Veterans Day 🫡

Imagine any of the Heisman trophy winners of the last 40 years serving in the military.

That is a man. A real man. Fearless.. couldn’t stand the Cowboys growing up but always feared Roger’s cool and calm in coming back from near defeat.

I loved football 🏈 in the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s Staubach was my favorite QB. I can’t watch football anymore the players lack character on and off the field.

I heard the whole Vietnamese army surrendered when they heard Roger was coming their way...........

He was never out of a game and I hate the Cowboys. 😂

Super star. Too bad they bastardized the nfl. Those were great days with coaches who had convictions at least.

Had the honor of interviewing him in the early 2000's. He was humble and kind & genuine. (I have the deer in the headlght look)
