Dear Uber Eats, I am sorry to bother U at such a late time at night. There is a storm in Georgia. Uber Eats is not working. It is not even giving me the option to order. Would you mind turning it on for a few hours so people can order food thank you for your time and patience.

@GetCrackShacked Just 6% tip in a $262 sushi order? As a driver I feel disappointed. This percentage of tip should be higher. Not even restaurants allow this.

@GetCrackShacked I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in Uber Eats. I submitted an order online but I received the wrong order and was charged $48 for it. I reached out to Uber Eats customer service but they refused to issue a refund and respond to my query. I have attached screenshots. Please follow up!
