By the way, we are hoping to put together the next newsletter in July. For now we are waiting on an update to our game engine (GameMaker), which will add some special functionality we'd like some help testing. This will be one of the focuses of the newsletter.

To clarify (further) the thing tested would just be a version of Chapter 1 + 2 with no differences other than implementation of the feature. (The feature is also ideally not supposed to change anything.)

We are working on writing the newsletter but we will not be able to release it until at least few days after the update to GameMaker LTS is released (this month) By the way, a couple friends have been able to play through the unfinished Chapter 4. They enjoyed it.

Seems the new version of GameMaker LTS still needs more time before it's done! But, we'll still be releasing the newsletter (basically just a development update) in around 24 hours. We'll save the information about testing for the @UNDERTALE Twitter at a later date. Thanks!

We've been working with the upcoming version of LTS to fix Chapter 1+2 to use game_change. Going well, but will take a little time because we also need to separate the chapters and test internally. Also, the next newsletter will be sent on UNDERTALE's 9th anniversary (9/15).

Ch3 JP loc QA is almost complete. A professional team will begin testing the PC version of Chapter 3 next Tuesday. We are waiting on the next Gamemaker LTS hotfix update to do public testing of Chapter 1+2. (Heard it's soon...?) When it comes out I'll stop using this thread.

We got the new version of LTS but for some reason it's not recognizing saved files in specific scenarios when using game_change. Waiting on a response now. Working on Ch5 everyday. Was planning on having the next newsletter in late December.

Good evening. We are preparing a new build for DELTARUNE Chapter 1+2 using the latest version of GameMaker LTS. Starting next Monday, you can help us test if you are interested. (11/25 USA time) Ideally, there are no changes from the current version.
