This is such an amazing story. An older man Tom had to leave his apartment because the landlord refused to allow him to keep his dog because it was a pitbull. Rather than get rid of the dog, he left the apartment and decided to stay in a tent.. After a while he realized he couldn’t really care for the dog, because he had health issues, so he took his best friend to the fire station with a note explaining his situation and asking if they could take care of his baby, they did of course, but something else happened. They decided to find him and they did. They realize that he was a veteran and so they set him up in a donated RV and while they’re attending to his health needs, they’re keeping the dog Jake for when he gets well enough they’re going to reunite them both . ❤️❤️❤️❤️ We hear all about the bad things going on. It’s just as important to hear about all the good things that people are doing.

The dog chose this family, and they chose him right back 💖 A strange white dog kept wandering around in front of the house, appearing frequently on the driveway camera. At first, the family thought he was just a stray, but the dog was very gentle and seemed to want to come inside and live with them. They patiently built his trust, using food to slowly lure him closer. After many efforts, they finally brought him into the garage, contacted his previous owner (who had abandoned him), and then decided to adopt him permanently. Glad he found a loving home. Did the part where the dog peacefully slept in his new home touch your heart?
