Elon Musk looks into the camera on Rogan's podcast and makes his final warning before Election Day. "If the Dems win this election, they will legalize enough illegals to turn the swing states and everywhere will be like California." "There will be no escape. This is it. This is the last chance. Go out and vote." "Vote like your life depends on it. Vote like your future. depends on it, because it does. This is the last chance." Women are currently outpacing men in early voting by a substantial margin. Men need to get out tomorrow and vote. You should be picking up all your friends and getting to the polls. If you've already voted, your job is not done. Get at least one other person to the polls. Make a plan now. Do it.

Babu Owino on between he and Sifuna, who is the boss: It is a conversation. Mr. Sun is the king of the day and shines during the day. Mr. Moon is the king of the night and shines at night. There is no competition in this thing; there is only completion. The sun does not affect the moon shining and the moon does not affect the sun shining. You need the moon and the sun to make a complete day, therefore it is not about competition, it is about completion of the job that we want to do, completion of our vision #CitizenSundayLive

Clavicular reveals he took a guy's girlfriend on Valentine's Day and says he did him a favor "She left him in the club. It was quite brutal as the guy was sitting there begging me like come on man don't be a dick it's Valentine's Day." "But at the end of the day that's me doing him a favor. Imagine you get married and this happens and you're getting sued for 50% of your assets. You want to know exactly where you're at with your relationship and sort of putting that to the test sometimes is really beneficial."

Don't take any part in Halloween! It may be marketed as a fun day for children, but make no mistake, it is the devil's day, and you are inviting him into your life by taking part in the day. Rather than trick or treating, talk to your priest and schedule a celebration of All Saints Day at your parish! Have the children dress up as saints and set up the parking lot for "Trick or Treating" (though maybe call it something else) Don't allow evil into your home or your children's lives.

De Niro: Every morning when I get up, I reach for my phone to look at the headlines of the day, and for some time now, I start every morning depressed about the latest outrage from our would-be king. I mean, it’s amazing—every fucking day there’s something new and crazy, but it’s different on this day, because all over the country, in cities and towns and factories and on farms—north, south, east, west—millions of us are coming together to declare: no kings.

Livestreaming trades on screen every trading day is not for the faint of heart. But I wouldn't have it any other way. If you are not challenged by your day, then don't expect to be changed by it. The challenge is rewarding and we are all in this together, knocking down doors one day at a time inside Kingline Caught the shorts during AM and longs during lunch. On to the next one

Farewell to International Space Station! This is truly a special place, special mission, and special team that makes it happen. It is a bittersweet departure today – I have a keen awareness that I may never be back here, and even if I was, it would be at a different time with a different crew. This chapter is over. Spaceflight has always been a life goal, and it has turned into a life-fulfilling endeavor – but not for the reasons I thought growing up. When I was young, I pictured the launch, the incredible ball of fire and the acceleration, the spacewalks (how could you not wonder what it’s like to be in that suit?), and I was fascinated by the shuttles, capsules, and stations. But as I complete this second mission living and working in space, what draws me to this job is the people. Experiences like this are amazing, but the relationships we build that make it possible are the “why.” Every day, this mission depends on people from all over the world, of different nationalities, races, religions, and cultures. It depends on government and commercial entities, it depends on all political parties, and it depends on commitment to an unchanged goal over many years and decades. It depends on people dedicated to being part of something bigger than themselves, whose names may never be known but who wake up every day to make the world a better place and to be part of something they will be proud to tell their grandkids about. History will look kindly upon them. Humans have always had a propensity to explore … across lands and oceans, up mountains, and into the sky. We as a species will never stop wondering what else is out there, and what it would be like to go. But then, in the words of TS Elliot, “…at the end of all our exploring, will be to arrive where we started, and know the place for the first time.” Crew-10 is on its way home.

Every morning you have a choice. You can wake up carrying your bags from yesterday. Dragging all the days before it. Already tired from the weight of what you know, what you've done, what you have to do. Or you can wake up new. I choose new. I wake up and start every day as if it is my first day. Not a single past failure clouds my mind. Musings and worries of the future are completely absent. This is not denial. This is not forgetting. This is creating space. Space to paint a new canvas with the originality of the moment. Without this space, life becomes repetitive. The same thoughts loop. The same feelings return. The same patterns play out again and again. You become a machine running old programs. Conformity thrives on this repetition. But freshness breaks the pattern. When you approach each day as your first day, you're not bound by who you were yesterday or limited by what failed last week. You're not trapped in the story you've been telling yourself. You are simply here. Now. Relaxed. Show up as you are. Raw and real and present. Nature will meet you there. The cold will meet you there. Your true self will meet you there. This is celebration. Not of achievement or success or arriving somewhere but a celebration of life itself. Of being here and feeling everything. Start with a deep breath. Right now. -Wim Hof
