This is a good video. If the business makes a mistake is one thing and they should as a good practice make it right, but why should the business lose money when it's the customer's mistake? Be an adult about it.

Its true - but tbh the coffee costs like .10 so its not really a big deal.

Daniel nailed it. The customer is trying to make the store pay for his mistake, trying to manipulate him by saying, "The customer is always right." But he is wrong!!

As a general contractor I can tell you that the customer is almost always wrong, you just have to find a nice way to reeducated them in the right direction. That is my specialty.

Oh man those turn around shots were fckn brilliant. This is true too. As if bro is supposed to read his mind 🤣🤣🤣

I would remake it. More than likely, the guy will never return if you dont make it and most likely put out a bad review, tell his friends and family and so on and so on. It's not worth it imo. Is $5 worth losing potential $100's in the long run?

I wish I had a whiteboard 😂💀 Daniel was about to teach class. 😆😆

Used to work in retail in the early 2000’s. I speak for everyone when I say FCK the customer

As a good business practice..Just make the drink...

We’re a consequence based society, you make a mistake you pay for it. As for never coming back, who the hell wants him back. He’s a scammer
