I was kept in cuffs for around 15 minutes before being de-arrested.

Shocking scenes at the Victoria Hotel,Oldham where a very dodgy looking office seems to be operating on the premises and of course more signs of illegal Uber employment. This illegal immigrant Hotel racket is an industry within an industry. #TwoTierPolicing

Few claims to go in there. They can't detain for trespass.

My friend flat door was damaged by police. So he replaced it and send them the invoice, they ignored it so he went to small claims court. Police received the order they called him settled £1000 damages. I suggest you do this as well or not your choice.
