You just justified guerilla militants (eg. terrorists) *intentionally* fighting without uniforms from within civilian infrastructure (like hospitals, schools, displacement camps) in order to make your case that striking back at them cannot be justified.

hamas LITERALLY embed themselves in civilian locations. They don't just happen to be in the area, it's all planned and calculated.
