The clip cut off the rest of the sentence midway thru, it prohibits funding by any government agency to any outside group involved in regulating, flagging or downranking so-called "disinformation" -- not to "disinformation" itself -- just wanna make that clear thx ✌️

I approve of the sentiment but basing it on "disinformation" is unworkable. Better to move towards making it rock solid that X and others are carriers of information and not responsible for content?
