It was a nice segment, but did we really need another surprise Undertaker appearance to overshadow the person who is actually retiring? Every time WWE tries to honor a current star, they feel the need to bring back a legend from twenty years ago to "validate" them. AJ Styles’ career speaks for itself; he didn't need The Deadman to come out and tell us he was good. It felt like a bit of a rehash of their WrestleMania 36 build, and it would have been more powerful to let AJ have the ring to himself for his final goodbye.
