And regarding the word "amen" and its alleged connection to Amun Ra… Contrary to what they claim, the Hebrew word translated as "amen" does not give honor or reference to Amun Ra. In the Old Testament, the book of Deuteronomy contains numerous instances where the word "amen" is used. These instances occur when the people respond to curses pronounced by God on various sins. After each pronouncement, the people affirmatively declare, "and all the people shall say Amen" (Deuteronomy 27:15-26).
