🚨ZUCK: We had organizations looking into us that weren't even involved in Social Media. We had the CFPB looking after us. I didn't even know what that is. It's some financial institution that Elizabeth Warren set up. We're not a bank, what does Meta have to do with this? They came up with some theory and were trying really hard to make it work. I don't know how this stuff works -- is it a directive? A quiet consensus? It's tough to be at the other end of that. The US Government should be defending its companies, not at the tip of the spear attacking its companies. The EU has fined the tech companies more thsn $30B over the last 10-20 years. This is a EU wide policy for how they want to deal with tech, it's kind of like a tariff. The US Government led the attacks against their companies which gave permission for the EU and other countries to go after US companies as well. I think that the American tech industry is a bright spot in the US economy, it's a strategic advantage, and it should be part of the US' strategy going forward to defend that. I am optimistic about that with Trump, I think he just wants the US to win. At least in the US we have rule of law, you get your day in court, and we usually win, but other countries don't have that. If the US wants to remain strong, the US has to have a role in defending their tech."

I have mentioned this. The Syrian Government media sphere is using footage from people killed by the Syrian Government and attributes their death to the Kurds in Rojava, Syria. This footage was taken by a Kurdish journalist in the hospital of Kobane - published by Ronahi TV (a Kurdish channel) The village was attacked by the Syrian Government during which the STG seized control of the village (you can check the timeline, we reported this way before the STG seized control over this village) But for better understanding: if the village was not in Kurdish control, then the wounded children would not have been brought to the hospital in Kobane. Logic: if the YPG was in control of the village, why would they start to bombard it? If the YPG did bombard the village as it was in STG control, why were the children then brought to a Kurdish hospital in Kobane? Syrian Government Media does not even care to accurately create their propaganda. They know that by now, they can blame anything on the Kurds and the STG fanatics will believe it. Some of us have been working and thinking about AI, started before most in AI today were born. To them they absolutely believe they have a lock of the dystopian fear. The saw too many Hollywood movies. I first say the VHS in the 1980s and the opening dialog never left me. The value of experience is it allows you to understand the way of things before the inexperienced can put their shoes on. Another example to learn in this video is Japan was the center of the universe. There was largess and I dare say arrogance. They absolutely were convince they would control AI via the government. It did not work out that way, like it ALWAYS does not work out that way. Each generation has to learn the hard lessons that should be obvious. A renegade group in Canada no one cared about to the thread all others dropped and you have AI today because of it. They were the last group to have been seen by the industry to have produced anything. Today the same playbook is being implemented by the largest AI companies full of zero experience and begging for big daddy government to save us from their scary monster. We turn the lights and show it is just some shadows. The entry prediction is accurate already, yet the world did not end. Watch this and see how really immature so many leaders are acting.
