did you know in earlier depictions of the bible Satan was never actually the enemy of man, he was an angel in gods court who judged mans soul. Personally I believe the idea of "Satan" is like "the shadow" from Jungian Philosophy. He is the force that asks us not to hate our darker trails but to integrate them and find wholeness. it saddens me how such a powerful figure was reduced to the villain of the story because peopled needed a binary
