This shows one thing in Nigeria NAFDAC as an agency in charge of food regulation is not doing their work. God help us

Atleast her own try , my own just turn to juice 🥤

Even when the food vendors know, the will still intentionally use it

If everyone keeps rejecting adulterated palm oil, even market sellers will eventually stop buying from suppliers who add dyes. When sales drop, suppliers will have no choice but to change. Consumer action can force the market to change.

We might be introducing false positives with this approach because of likely oil stains on a dry glass cup. The correct way to approach it is to first pour water in a glass cup, then pour the oil afterwards.

The way I will carry 2 bottles one with water and another without water to buy oil. Sell the smallest bottle; test it once it fails, I move to the next stall until I get good oil. It's not me you people will kill.

Interesting that the same country that can't guarantee steady light can somehow mass-produce dye consistent enough to fool a water test, impressive supply chain, wrong industry.

@NafdacAgency please help safe people health oooo not all food vendors or everybody knows this

Na to carry Glass and water go market be that na when you wanna shop

I det fear to test my oil cos na big gallon. I don’t want to know until it’s almost finished, then I’ll test it. For now, ya dibe!

Go pour an away my sis. Cancer is real oooo. That is fake oil

Since aproko doctor posted this video, dem wan Kpai am 😂

I don’t think the test works for all palm oil

It should be colorless as the water down and the oil stays up

Best thing na to go to market and test all their red oil, confisticate all those found mixed with chemical and dispose them. Go to their warehouses and confisticate those ones too. Until they all learn to do what is right but since the death of Dora Akuhiri, Nigerians has been eating and drinking poisons cus the successive NAFDAC we ve had has been total mess that doesnt do their job

Oops

At the end all of us don die already for dis country

@NafdacAgency you are a failed agency. You're just here to take money from importers at the seaport and neglecting the minimalist work entrusted to you. APC as evil group is even better than you.

My mum sold Palm oil for so many years. A common home test is to pour water into palm oil and observe how the oil separates, but this does not scientifically prove whether the palm oil is genuine or adulterated. Oil and water naturally separate, whether the oil is genuine or not. So, don’t rely on the “water test” alone. Buy palm oil from trusted sellers/producers. ✅ Be cautious of unusual smells, rancid odour or suspicious appearance. ✅ Remember that colour alone is not proof of authenticity.

My girl is confused 😵💫

Omo at this point na to Dey carry glass cup go market before you buy you test am first 🤷🏼♂️

I tried this and I could not believe my eyes

No wonder people get cancer left and right

We’re completely compromised
