I kinda disagree with what he's saying... It's "work hard AND smart" because you can still be lazy and smart and get nothing done

When you love what you are doing you always grow smart and don't feel the hardness of the process. Just joy!!!! Enjoy your actions! Enjoy your creation! The negative result is the result too. You keep moving on when you realize that is not about the result but JOY. ENJOY!
