📣📣THIS POST HIT A NERVE 🤣🤣 This video with Susanne Trimbath PhD and the late great Robert David Steele they are talking about $CMKX which was over a decade ago and has never been resolved. CMKX is a unique situation and it is easier to prove that the Brokers didn't deliver the securities in this ticker. Brokers were sending fraudulent statements every month. However IMO this is not an isolated occurrence and is happening in many of our tickers.
