I drank 1tsp morning and 1tsp night mixed with distilled water for 6 months to help with covid injury with all the inflammation I was suffering. Not sure if that was the reason along with other medication but I had zero issues. Stopped it after but continued low dose naltrexone and Ketotifen for another three months. Stopped those two and I’m 3 weeks I had severe inflammation again. So still take DMSO internally just as a precaution.

I use a 70/30 gel for carpal tunnel, and it is extremely helpful

Amandah! I only recently stumbled on your profile- excellent information! Most DMSO research is from the 1950’s-80’s & hasn’t been put on the internet- except for critical stuff 🤔 so all the good research is missing. A @MidwesternDoc is also an excellent source of information.

How do I use dmso on my aging dog’s joints?

I really want to try it,but have a strong memory of my mother getting DMSO for her bladder in the 80s via distillation. She smelled of garlic for days, it was potent. Is this the case with a roll on or small amount ingested? I have chronic nerve pain and inflammation.
