All power structures tend to take full spectrum dominance, otherwise they wouldn't be. It depends on which dominance you will allow, if you even get to make that choice. We definitely don't want the marxist/communist full spectrum dominance, so capitalism is the lessor dominance.

Full Spectrum dominance, assumes a world of SCARCITY. Unfortunately, the opposite is true so we have seen #Russia, after 30 years of sanctions, show off how it has LEAPFROGGED OVER the western world. And we still have not released ZPE electricity to the masses.
