The news from Ukraine is horrific. What Russia is doing is state terror. People are freezing. With Foreign Ministers we are discussing emergency support. We just sent almost 500 generators, we are preparing 500 more to keep the lights on in hospital, shelters, and critical services. More help will follow. We are also discussing the prosperity paper for post-war Ukraine. EU accession reforms are at its heart because they are a proven way to growth and investment.
