I can confirm this as 100% fact 👍🏻🙏🏻

Add these foods to your diet

Ice cream doesn't bother me a bit, it's french fries, bread, carbs that feel totally dif now.

This doesn't just apply to this diet. Up until about 12 months ago, I was drinking a lot of carbonated drinks like Pepsi, etc., and now if I go back, it makes me feel sick as a dog. The same goes for sweets, ice cream, and food from fast food joints. My body is like, "WTF are you doing to me!" Now I just stay away from crap.

Literally an elimination diet. I eat mainly cucumber, bananas and berries and I can cycle 60 miles.

another downside: Expensive.

The problem I have is fat grosses me out. I physically can NOT eat it. Does this mean it won’t work for me?

What I found -The best sleep ever! -Libido from Mars! -Incredible ability to cope with stress -Mental clarity Why I stopped after 3 months - Heart palpitations! - Headaches -Easily get tired, couldn’t take even 1 flight of stairs Someone says solution is electrolytes.

Its not gonna kill you to have a free day maybe once a month. But you may get some runs tho

Sorry, bro I like to poop every day, i am not a fan of colon cancer Got constipated just looking at that plate

Where is fiber in meat?
