@fr_aquilini rebuild. Draft high for 3-4 years. Build from the bottom up, have a plan and stick to it. No more retooling, hybrid rebuild etc. Also, quit delaying and build a practice facility. Culture starts with ownership and right now the culture is toxic.

@ChrisFaber39 Hey Chris, you would of been all over this management when u were a reporter. Signing $13 in Goaltending, BB6, Garland,Kane,when they knew 43 was leaving. They better trade every UFA and most VETS asap or fans will leave and not come back. It's been 56 years of poor management.
