Greatest team ever assembled. No matter how many years the Olympics are played, nothing will ever touch that team.

I didn’t see any traveling, or carrying…. But I did see a lot of passing. Looked like a TEAM!! I miss those days.

I remember how excited I was to watch this game.

This team was the most skilled collection of players to ever play the game of basketball. The world needed to feel the smack down. It was necessary. It was great.

Every play smooth as butter, brings a dam tear to my eye. Circles around anyone any time then and now.

The team was collectively inducted into the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame in 2009, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2010, and the FIBA Hall of Fame in 2017. The Naismith Hall of Fame calls the team "the greatest collection of basketball talent on the planet".
