My wife & I were inside BIG LOTS today and this man walked up to me asking for soap, a lofa and deodorant. He told me he just got out of jail and was homeless. He wasn't asking for money or drugs, my was asking for hygiene 🥺 I didn't even hesitate 1 second! I said go get whatever you need Bro I got you. I remember being homeless and no clothes or hygiene when I was released from prison. If it wasn't for my beautiful mother buying me hygiene and clothes and my beautiful grandmother letting me stay at her home I don't know where I'd be right now. I gave him a ride and told him my testimony and gave him words of advice and encouragement. I told him I was just like you not too long ago and not to give up. Work hard and stay focused. I could tell in his voice that it hit home with him. God has a plan for us all 🙏 ❤️ Kindness and compassion are the key to success.
