Well said. Or put it in a Jungian psychological wrapper which says "that which triggers you is an element of your own shadow that you have to pull up and integrate to mature".

I think some very evil people deliberately created a false kind of duality, so they can go their way while the rest is fighting each other. And even worse, they create false dualities over and over, until there's no group, community, family, nation or friendship left at all.

This!! This 100%! Fake duality as to confuse the masses into true duality and also the truth itself.
