The Duke Nukem D-Day prototype has a dual analog control mode buried inside it, by default it uses single analog tank controls, but inside a debug menu you can toggle different control mappings, which is not accessible in the options.

I made a patch for PCSX2 that defaults it to use the Dual stick controls, just put the pnach file in the patches folder and enable in the game properties. The camera y-axis is inverted but you can change in the emulator control mappings

Can those controls be back ported to Zero Hour, Time To Kill, and Land of the Babes?

I'm hoping someone will be able to mod this to fix it up a touch such as finishing the basic scripted sequences and level endings/transitions... Maybe add a few extra enemies here and there etc.

We could have had Duke Nukem with Ratchet And Clank controls?
